One of the great questions for the end of this decade concerns the future of work: new models or organisation are emerging, job automation is a threat all the way to the C-suite and Millennials are assuming managerial positions with a different perspective regarding jobs, careers and society.
White Water Group’s François Moscovici (MBA ’87) will explore what this means for the future of leadership – current models certainly won’t apply. He will share insight both from his client work, his research and from his experience leading the Reinventing Work Network at the Royal Society of Arts.
