She holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. Her dissertation, Overcoming Barriers in Female Career Progression, received a Distinction and forms part of our book Coaching Women to Lead.
She joined Google in sales and marketing, and managed increasingly complex teams over 10 years. There, she coached individuals across the organisation in topics ranging from change management, to confidence, to behaviour modification. She particularly enjoys bringing a commercial focus to specialists working in tech and other fast-paced environments.
Janna qualified as a coach through the White Water Group’s Accredited Executive Coaching programme.
